White colored items require an additional 2-4 days for manufacturing. White paint is applied manually in multiple layers, with a drying time of 4-8 hours per layer.

Nails and hooks are included in your order (not attached to the panels to allow you to choose their ideal position).

• Product colors may vary depending on lighting and your screen resolution.
• EU buyers must pay import taxes. US buyers must pay taxes for orders over $800. No refunds are possible for refused receipt.
• Personalized items are not returnable.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us promptly providing:

1. A photo of the damaged area.
2. A photo of the product with the packaging.
3. A copy of the complaint made to the delivery company.
   We will ship a replacement upon receipt of this information.
